Rain, rain go away.
Okay, so it rained a lot this weekend but I’m still going to try and cycle more often. I’m shopping around for a used road bike that I can work on. I’m not going to touch the gearset, but I’m a proficient painter/stencil artist when I want to be so it’ll be personalised once I find one. I’m working close to home now so that way I’ll drive less and save money at the pumps. Though I’ve come to appreciate having this old Mercedes to drive around I do need to consider the cost of running it. It’s fairly comfortable, well-insulated, quiet, and a pleasant cruiser but I ought to keep off the gas all the time; it isn’t the most pleasant when pushed hard.
I just registered on ibiketo so that should be a good start for my pedal-powered education!
