Wouldn’t this be a lot easier to interpret if it was one sign, not three, in two different presentation styles?
(I got a parking ticket this morning, but I think the point stands despite my obvious bias.)

Dude, I wish I’d taken pix of parking signs in LA.  At least these make some sort of sense, add in parking places certain times, not allowed on certain days, handicap spots, plus time-alotted permit parking, and you’ll want to shoot yourself in the face.

I’ve always hated signage in Toronto. If that was one happy-looking green P sign listing all the times you cannot park the city could generate more money in parking tickets and save on signs.
