I've gone semi-vegetarian.
I gave up eating baby seals when I was informed at a booth of the ill-effects it has on the cuteness levels of the Canadian wilds. Nobody set cars on fire to enlighten me of this, I was taught not to eat seals.

Disruption is the point of demonstration. As for the quotation marks around “peaceful protests,” the vast majority of them were peaceful. Shutting down all transit was an extreme measure taken by police that I’m not convinced was necessary.

sure. How about right to getting to work unobstructed by ‘peaceful protests’? Don’t take away my ability to enjoy my city for your ability to ‘protest’. I’m ashamed of many of my acquaintances, Torontonians, and visitors this weekend. Fucking embarrassing is what it is.

Movie Trailer of the Day: First official trailer for Red — Robert Schwentke’s live-action adapation of Warren Ellis and Cully Hamner’s comic book series of the same name.
